How did I come up with “Jill’s Stamping Corner” for my business name? Believe it or not, it actually took me a while and a lot of brainstorming to come up with the name. I wanted the name to represent me since this is my business, and I wanted it to also represent what I do. I tried to think of catchy little names but none sat well with me. So here was the final process.
Okay, first it had to represent me, probably a given since my name is Jill, “Jill” or “Jill’s” had to be in the title. Next, the name also needed to represent what I do, which is being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator along with my love for paper crafting and rubber stamping. So I had “Jill’s Stamping” but Jill’s Stamping “what” and I finally came up with “Corner”. This was because I felt and still feel that this is my own little corner of the stamping and paper crafting world that belongs to me…mine, all mine. This is my corner that I get inspired, that I create, and from this little corner I am able to share my inspiration, knowledge, and creations with you. So Jill’s Stamping Corner was born.
